Is this chicken gluten free?

Yes, however we work in a kitchen that serves gluten-based products. Although we do not use gluten in the preparation of the chicken itself, we do prefer to top the chicken with gochujang mayo (our gochujang contains gluten, malted wheat flour) and we will only ever serve King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls for our sandwiches (also contains gluten). If you want the chicken to be gluten free, just remember to click the “no gochujang mayo” button when ordering and you will be Gucci!
